Class Visits

Reception had a wonderful day exploring Cannock Chase.

The children showed fabulous team work and co-operation when working together to build a den for a 'terrible creature'. They explored habitats and found nests and burrows and even spotted some animal footprints! They were most excited about bringing their 'Love of Reading' text to life by finding a 'larger than life' Gruffalo on the trail. They also found lots of other animals from the story and used great imagination and story telling skills. They ended the day with a visit to the adventured playground where they had so much fun climbing, swinging and sliding with their friends!
