Apple Tree Town (Y1)
Year 1 had a fun packed morning at Apple Tree Town, role playing in all our favourite places of work.
We became shop keepers in the shop, hairdressers in the salon and even actors in the local theatre. This visit made us think about what buildings we have in Meir compared to Apple Tree Town and we were able to work on our role play skills, speaking and listening to our friends as we played. Our social skills were praised by our teachers as we took turns, shared and helped each other to dress up and use the resources at Apple Tree Town. We can't wait to visit again with our families!
