Class Visits
Longton Park (Nur)
Our children had a super time visiting Longton Park!
We discussed the season of Winter and what clothing we would need to wear to wrap up and keep warm. In school, we had talked about how there isn't much food available during the winter for the animals so the children kindly made their own bird feeders to hang up in the trees for the birds! The children took great responsibility for taking care of the environment and helped to pick up litter on our walk and we spotted some very friendly bushy tailed squirrels. We ended our trip on the adventure playground where we had a fabulous time climbing, swinging, running and sliding!
