Class Visits

Reception had a fabulous time 'out and about' visiting Trentham Garden Centre.

We explored the sensory gardens, met a gardener and talked about the different plants and how they grow. The children immersed themselves on our barefoot walk and discovered various textures such as the soft sand, the oozy , squelchy mud and the bumpy pebbles! We even spotted some giant footprints and wondered if the giant from our story had also paid a visit ! We had a picnic together and to end the day the children showed fantastic gross motor and communication skills on the adventure playground. What a fun filled day out for all!
